area. Elements include phone counseling, personalized area information
kits, area orientation, VIP community tours, counseling and referral
services for childcare, elder care and spousal employment.
Special Mortgage Services. Employees receive special VIP access
to leading national lenders, a dedicated team of mortgage counselors,
